Yes! You can monitor progress directly through gradebook in each enrolled course. You can see completed practice tests and track improvement over time to see where more focus is needed.

Don’t worry! All materials from your active subscription remain available in your dashboard. Your child can go back and complete any missed lessons or tests at their own pace.

We accept credit cards, cash, and online bank transfers. Once you follow the payment instructions, we will verify your details and grant access within one (1) business day. See payment methods and instructions here.

As soon as your payment is verified, you will receive an invoice email. Once this lands in your inbox (check your spam folder just in case), your membership is fully activated and your child can start their SEA preparation right away.

Your subscription is scheduled to renew exactly one month from your initial sign-up date. You will receive an email with a proforma invoice three (3) days before the renewal date. To keep your access active, simply follow the payment steps again using your initial order/subscription number or proforma invoice number. Once your renewal payment is verified, your access will continue without interruption.

Absolutely! To upgrade or downgrade go to account -> subscriptions -> actions -> change plan and select the plan you want.
You can upgrade at any time if more support is required (such as moving from Core to Elite for essay feedback). Upgrades are prorated, meaning you only pay the difference, and your monthly renewal date will reset to the day you upgraded.
If you wish to downgrade, you can change your plan at any time before your next renewal. The change will take effect starting with your next billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for downgrades, but you will continue to enjoy your current higher-tier access until the end of your paid month.

We make it easy. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
